Delicious! Came here with my 9 year old daughter and got to watch them making the noodles! Service was friendly and lightning fast (on a Monday), and both she and I were pleased with the presentation and flavors of our ramen. We will be back! View all feedback.
What Yong Jang doesn't like about Samurai Noodle:
Will have to update my review. I went at around 2:30pm so from what I could tell, they only had one or 2 people working on the food and one person out front who I assumed was on break at the time. Ramen was pretty good, they didn't ask how I wanted my noodles cooked so I'm not sure if that is even a thing there. And the food took way too long. Hopefully I can give a higher rating the next time I visit View all feedback.
Samurai Noodle was really good. I got the Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen and I enjoyed it. The broth was flavorful and the pork was very soft and tasty. I went with someone who loves Ramen and they enjoyed it so much they came back the next day. We had a large group and the ramen was served really fast. The atmosphere is kind of low end but you are coming for the ramen.
I HAVE DEFEATED MOUNT FUJI. It was a good experience and good for a fancy but still fun date. To be honest, the food wasn't that great, but then again I got Mt. Fuji, which is intended to be big, not tasty. There was wayyy too much bean sprout (I think that that's what that is). Other than that, it was delicious. It ma be worth coming with a friend who knows what they are getting though, but that's just something that helped me, you could definitely ask a waiter or something just as easy. They have a great environment though, and I would recommend, so long as you're not expecting cheap, mediocre, packet ramen. It's definitely on the nicer end of restaurants.
Came here on a weekend night and it was pretty busy. The servers were very helpful and we served quickly. For an appetizer, we ordered the takoyaki which was good. The octopus-to-batter ratio was decent. For ramen, we had the Shoyu Ramen which was okay. We also ordered the Spicy Miso Ramen. I requested to change the nice noodle type. The broth was very thick and flavorful but was a bit too salty. Overall, it was a good experience.

The flavor was good, but the broth was lukewarm and the noodles didn't taste fresh made to me... The karaage was well marinated with a strong ginger flavor, but came in four large pieces with oil dripping from it. Other than that, authentic flavor and presentation. Food came out quick. A few suggestions for management: please change your plastic cups (putting my mouth on cracked gnawed cup was nasty), please play some sort of music (the lack of sound in general no servers, bustle, or ambiance of any sort was odd).
