Straight to a family table at the window and then down to picking. Kids went for kids pancakes and kids toastie. Two large pancakes with Nutella and cleared plate so very happy daughter. Older daughter got kids toasties with chicken and bacon (as free choice of fillings) and another cleared plate.My wife and I got soup of the day, which today was sweet potato and coconut, and again lovely. Overcharged Was on a quick lunch break with my daughter. Ordered a veggie toastie. Was asked if I wanted crisps or coleslaw. I asked for both said I’d pay extra. The extra was half the price of the toastie for a spoon of coleslaw???. Just felt it was greedy. Have lost my custom after that. The food was lovely but I left feeling like I was robbed.
