What Julia Weiß doesn't like about Botanical:
Waitress was unfriendly and took a long time to take our order. We had to ask for everything separately that was already included on the menu. As an example the toast was included in every breakfast but we didn’t get any until we specifically asked for it. In addition to that we had to ask twice. Same for the orange juice.
