This is a great little cafe hidden in the basement of one of the offices on Upper Mount St. They've got different specials all the time (it was paella for €5 last time I was in) and they serve soup and sandwiches also. Every day there's a roast ham for the sambos which is nice. Their home-made soup is great, and at €6.50 for the soup and sandwich combo, you can't go wrong. View all feedback.
