Sprout Co. serves up creative yet healthy salads and bowls using fresh, local ingredients. I have seen few (no? restaurants like it in Ireland, though their concept reminds me of other restaurants I love (and haven’t yet reviewed—oops in the U.S., Canada, Spain, and Italy. Used to go to sprout a lot. New menu changes aren't great which is more of a personal opinion but quality of the meats such as chicken and bacon is just not great anymore. On another note the salads seem to get smaller from week to week. All over a very disappointing experience. View all feedback.
