What User doesn't like about New Super Pho:
I rarely leave reviews for restaurants, whether they're good or bad. However, after my experience today, I feel like I have to share. I had never dined at this establishment before, and unfortunately, I know I won't be back. The menu seemed promising, but the food was terrible. Despite not usually wanting to cause a scene, I had to ask for a refund after taking just three bites and feeling too sick to continue. I end... View all feedback.
First time here was so good I am ready to go back and try the Banh Mi the Vietnamese baguette
We come in early morning Sunday for our beef sizzling. It’s so so delicious
Their cơm tấm sườn bì chả (broken rice dish with grilled pork chop, pork loaf and pork skin) is literally so addicting, the best in town I would say. I’ve had it 7 days in a row and still love it. Their pork is seasoned very well. The fish sauce is the spirit of the dish and they never let me down. Most of the times I place an online order through the website and just come and pick it up. My tip is that even though it says the pickup time is more than 40 mins, it’s usually ready in 20-30 mins. I dine in sometimes too. At night it gets pretty busy and service may be a little bit slower because it’s the only Vietnamese restaurant that’s open late. But it’s spacious and clean and bright so I couldn’t ask for more. Some other signature dishes I’ve tried include bò né (sizzling beef), bún bò (spicy noodles soup) and they are all flavorful. I’ve been going to this restaurant for quite a while and I would say their food is really improved and a lot better than it was before. Good job and please support your local restaurant! Update: Decided to take off 1 star due to a few experiences I have had recently. First, there was a time I dined in. The restaurant seemed to be busy and understaffed, which I understood. However, we had to repeatedly ask for water and utensils but it still took like 10 mins for the water to come out, even after the food had been served. I still support this restaurant as I always have, but I have been ordering take-outs more often. I went inside to pick up my order and politely informed the staff that I was there to pick up my food. But one of them had a very rude attitude thinking that I was rushing him to give me order. He told me to wait and ignored me. Thankfully, another staff noticed me and gave me my order. But the second time of picking up my food was no better. Personally, I’m a Vietnamese myself so it’s not questionable for such an attitude. But for a business in the U.S., that wouldn’t be something that a customer would want to get. Other than that, the food is still great.
Delicious for this Rainy night. Started with bbq pork spring rolls. Delicious and fresh. We both had medium P2 pho with filet and split a bbq Bahn mi. So good. The broth was awesome and hit the spot but most important they had satè, my chili oil. I HAVE TO HAVE IT when having pho. Come on. You won’t be disappointed. Staff was so nice.

Perhaps they could consider implementing a self-pay kiosk system like Olive Garden or a pay-by-app option like Cracker Barrel to make the process smoother and more efficient. Just a suggestion that may be more cost-effective and reliable than having more staff on hand at all times.
