I visited the restaurant today (4/9/22) and was greeted by Kya. She was very friendly, personable, and provided excellent customer service. She didn't miss a beat when other customers arrived, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The food was fresh, well-seasoned, and cooked on the grills by the chefs. What User doesn't like about Waffle House:
Hmmmmm. the service is extremely slow. We waited 20 minutes and still hadn't placed our order. When we tried to order an omelette, we were told the machine was broken and the manager said she was too busy to make it another way. We ended up leaving without our order ever being taken. Overall, this was my worst experience at a Waffle House. View all feedback.
Bad experience in any waffle house. at 1:30 a.m. went to lunch and I was told that they had “only closed” but the cook was still cooking. I wouldn't tell me if they opened up. take her phone to stop you. avoid this place to all cost.

Have ate at the waffle house all my life when you walk in to eat and they say they are waiting on shift change and they are not serving guests kinda make you mad have never experienced that before just sounds like he didn't want to work so if you want breakfast there before 7 good luck probably want get it
Closed again. It is 7:39 a.m. There are workers on the building, but can't get a cup of coffee after work! Not the first time they've done this is sad! I like the dark roast
AVOID THIS PROBLEM!!!! Don’t go here, you won’t be served. Walked in Sunday evening and before we got in the door good they say we’re not serving customers but, there are 2 families sitting there and food being cooked how are you not taking orders, go to the Waffle House on Pleasant Hill instead if you’re in the area.
