What Sir I doesn't like about Hoy Lugaw:
This is the worst place to start your day in Dumaguete, the food is so bad that you want to puke it. I’ve ordered 2 dishes and it was Tocilog and Cornsilog both are equally horrible. It tasted terrible and it seems like it was a joke. The rice was not even Sinangag, Tocilog was of a portion that it’s like minced pork, and the Corned beef was terribly undercook.
