"What a beautiful shop, fantastic for gifts.... Very friendly and helpful staff too. They have a beautiful selection of velvet bags, lots of interesting books to buy, and my favourites, bunnies and little fluffy animals made by Kelly cat. A fantastic shop to go into and browse, lots of Christmas items to purchase, and a wonderful coffee shop to pop into, once you have made your purchases."

"This was just wonderful in every way. A meal which completely outdid recent visit to Tom Kitchen restaurant in Edinburgh in every way. Beautiful food. Wonderful care very personal. Unobtrusive. Honest honest. And food sourced and grown locally. I was encouraged to run my finger round the plate to pick up the last drops of sauce. 'Feel at home '. So very relaxing. The four of us dining just loved it. Not cheap but excellent quality and value for money. Worth every penny and pound! Shall return!"

"Fourth visit at this lovely hotel; rooms clean and warm, staff friendly and helpful. Great choice for breakfast, we had a meal with friends all meals lovely, well presented. Good quality and quantity. Emma is a lovely, friendly person nothing too much trouble, will certainly be staying again. "It was a really nice place, we just came here because the other place we wanted to visit was closed, but happy that we did. the staff was all super friendly, and it had a very welcoming atmosphere, which was also delicious and very good price in my opinion. large vegan vegetarian selection, and a separate vegan menu that makes order very easy."
