Well, my wife and I were here yesterday, 18th September, and were treated to some gorgeous food. Baked Cod and a Ribeye Steak which in our opinion was as nice a presented and tasty meal as we’ve had in Portpatrick. Staff managed to squeeze us in and we left to happy campers!! Top marks and I’ve been to most places this quaint little village and this is now top of the list. Definitely worth a visit!! read more.

Service absolutley horrendous. Waited at table 10 minutes, then had to get up and go to find a waiter to get a drink. Asked for a bottle of red wine to find out 5 minutes later they never had that one. Asked for another choice, then waited another 5 minutes to find out they never had that. Starters were poor. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant with superb views over the sea …..mussels to share then lamb and pancake for mains ….sadly too full for a dessert maybe next...
