We went to dinner at 7:00. Had a group and we weren't in a hurry. It was a fun experience, as usual with each CB. The service was okay, but they were busy. This time of day, quite all restaurants fight with shortage of work and training new people. I followed all instructions that my order will be sent to my vehicle. After waiting for over 25 minutes for an employee to see the front chairs clean, I went in and made sure that my order was there. I understand that personnel problems are a dilemma; but the answers to why things were not done, as advertised that I got from supervision, I was only retail, the cash registers are supposed to bring this out.
