The customer service is always friendly, and the food is good. However, items on the menu are frequently unavailable, not just at Tacoglocke, but it seems to be a common issue at fast food restaurants in South Carolina. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
They irrigated the red sauce, it's 90% water. The rest of my order looks like them? re tries to balance smaller portions to save money and lose your PREIS. 1/2 serving meat, too. I know they are? re do because I worked fast food and she did the same thing on request from the franchise owner.. Take your money somewhere else. View all feedback.
Normally we go through the drive thru but tonight we went inside. I 'm not sure if this is how you spell her name but Caitlyn was very nice. As my 10 year old son said She 's very caring, helpful gets the job done should be promoted to manager if she 'snot already one! '
I have been so excited about the return of the Mexican pizza. I find Bally make it to get one and when I get my bag, the pizza was a scrambled mess. We ate there, so it wasn?t due to travel. There were no tomatoes on top, and the ingredients were runningout of the box. Then I open my first taco to find a broken mess. I will try again at a different location before I pass finaljudgment.
I really enjoy Taco Bell. The food always tastes great, even if they occasionally make a mistake with my order. Their customer service isn't the best, but sometimes you do get good service. I love their sauces, and I would probably consider working there if I wanted to.
They've eliminated their inexpensive box meals, so now everything on the menu is pricey. If you order items individually, you’ll end up spending a lot. I paid over $13 for the items in the photo, and while I didn’t leave hungry, I certainly didn’t feel full because they were very stingy with the toppings. Additionally, the employees were joking around and being quite loud behind the counter, and their conversations weren't suitable for customers to overhear.
I'm still struggling to grasp the concept here. It seems like customers expect to receive quality service, but the staff can't even manage to put the lettuce, tomato, cheese, and sour cream inside the taco shell with the meat. It's quite simple—just fill the shell with meat, fold it up, and keep everything neatly contained! It's honestly surprising. Additionally, I think it would go a long way if the staff could display a bit more friendliness toward customers, especially when they are being polite in return.
