Had a very nice carvery here with my family on Sunday. The food was delicious plenty of it. I had the turkey and I couldn't fault it. We arrived at 2 and it was very busy but we got a table easy enough. The one thing that stood out were the staff. The Crown Plaza has very pleasant/efficient staff, but the tables are NOT CLEAN. My wife and I went there for lunch and had coffee beforehand (had to wait for lunchtime). The coffees were served by a very pleasant young lady, but the dirt on the table leg was cleary ot cleaned for a very long time. we left immediately View all feedback.
