I would recommend to anyone stop at the farmers market in carborro - they can order before the time to make sure they get what they want. they have to heat it up themselves, but thanks to it it is already prepared and ready to colonise in the many. Delicious tamales and pupusas from a great woman-owned business. They are accommodating and caring. I can't recommend them enough to everyone, vegan or not.
