read morewe didn't expect much. only eat pubs. but we were very disappointed. the food was dirty and we couldn't even finish our meals.
the baked kartoffels are excellent. the place is not beautiful, but they get a fixed meal at a good price. I'd like to eat here again.
according to up to 0200 m groups of young with beer can ask. filz really insecure. not 2nd at night.
good parking space on the nc500 motorhome tour.

"We said here as a family of 3 we got the annex room 6 this was separate from the hotel with our own kitchen and bathroom. Hot chocolate and biscuits waiting for us. We ate dinner in the restaurant and the food was fantastic we had the fish and chips followed y dessert of chocolate cake and apple crumble. Our beds were comfortable and a good sleep Was had by all. Breakfast was lovley best porridge I’ve had in a while. Within walking distance to smoo cave and the beaches.the staff were all super friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. My husband left his wallet behind and the owner called us straight away and drove to meet us with it. Thanks again for a fantastic stay. Hopefully we can return one day. Lee,Dean Thea x"

"Stop in Durness to find very little online for vegan and veg spoke to the lady we were staying with and she pointed us to here very local homie place and they had a vegan menu I had the veg lasagne and my partner had the veg Thai curry was very good would advice to stop here if your staying over"

"We know the Tongue area very well, and like to eat locally, so it was obvious we would decide to eat at the Craggan, and i'm happy we did! The restaurant area is welcoming and clean, staff friendly, and the car park was easy even with a big van. The only problem was choosing from the menu! So many tasty things i wish we had more time to visit again.. All three of us enjoyed our food, and we shared everything so i know it was all delicious. Thank you for making a rather wet evening so special.."

"My wife and I visited as recommended in a NC500 travel blog. The food is locally sourced and served in exceptional dishes where there is clearly some talent in the kitchen. Remember to take your own wine as the premises are not licensed. Highly recommended."

"I never usually leave reviews, but this caffe is simply an amazing discovery on the nc500! beautiful friendly owners and best coffee we had throughout our trip. also for our gluten-free needs. saw the back in the sunshine with the view of the dead. can not recommend this place very enough only desired that we lived before place, so could often come! you're doing great job boys!"
