"Located on Hwy. 17 between Rhinelander and Sugar Camp this is easy to get to. Very cute newer log interior (noticed sign outside stating built in 1996) with log furniture, large bar, and TV's throughout so more of a sports bar feel but updated. It has a patio, but atmosphere lacks due to proximity to highway. Fare is typical grill fare but have been there several times without complaint. The Monday $3.50 Margaritas and 2 for $5 tacos way better than anticipated-loved the fried tortilla shells and they were quite large. There is a half rack ribs available under$10, can't remember if it was a Tues. or Thurs."

"One of our favorite go-to places in Eagle River! We LOVE the broasted wings, and Wednesdays are 50 cent wings! Have also enjoyed the beer battered Walleye on Friday nights.Great view of Duck Lake! Can boat or drive up. Still not sure how the dollars stick to the VERY high ceiling, but it's fun! GREAT servers! They hold up very well under the pressure of a very busy spot! Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp from the parking lot into the tavern. Service: Dine in"

"Stopped here because it was close to the campground we are staying at. Nice bar area with a great view of the Eagle Lake.Has an outdoor deck and an covered patio with garage doors opening onto the outdoors and lake. Good selection of beers. Hubs had the Club Sandwich with fries. Hard to screw that up. I decided on the chicken wings which was a mistake. The sauces are not listed with the wings, but above the appetizer section and aren't specified as wing sauces. Under the Wings section are two columns: Reg (Regular), and Hot. On the left is a column of serving sizes such as 10, 20, 50. The difference between regular and hot was $5 for 10 wings and scaled up from there. Turns out, the wings were breaded, but the menu didn't state they were. I told the waitress I'd have 10 regular with Franks. She asked if I wanted sauce on the side, or the wings shaken in sauce I chose shaken. Turns out they don't have naked wings, they're all breaded, and they charge $5 to coat the wings rather than serving sauce on the side. Very confusing. I brought it all to their attention and was given 1/2 off the wings. I won't go there again."
