No heating on on the coldest day. Did manage to get them to put it on for a few hours and did manage to get hold of fan heater. No door on the bathroom so my husband was looking at me whilst I was on the toilet snd he was in bed. The TV had scratches all on it. No hairdryer. Grubby.
