Went into restaurant for breakfast, no queue so served after waiting for 3 minutes. Put order in and after 20 minutes another customer came in and ordered same breakfast. 5 minutes later, they get there breakfast but I'm still waiting. Spoke to staff who searched kitchen for my order and couldn't find it so asked to take order again. I said no and wanted a refund as not waiting any further, so they had fo speak to se... read more.
