"Staff were attentive, dined on a monday so quiet but food came out quickly. Bread and butter starter which is enough for 2. Fish and chips was great, great portion size and very well cooked. Would recommend."

"Amazing!!! Unfortunately their coffee machine wasn’t working so I was unable to try their Biscoff Latte which I had heard so much about, but the lovely waiter recommended the Biscoff Shake instead which was possibly the best shake I’ve ever had!!! I ordered the Shicken Caesar wrap which came with chips and a side salad and was absolutely delicious! Amazing service and amazing food! Highly recommend!"

"We always forget about this place when looking for somewhere to sit and get a hot drink because it's just off the high street. But this time we went in and were not disappointed. Very chill atmosphere, friendly staff. Nice views over the river Medway and of the doggies that come in. The hot chocolate was the best I've had for a long time and I haven't stopped thinking about it since!! Must've been real chocolate or something and for £3.50 such a good price! Definitely will be back Dietary restrictions: Oat milk or soy milk available"

"This was such a special treat! A really fantastic afternoon tea with delicious sandwiches, scones and cakes … plenty too! We were very looked after by the two guys who run it …. They were really accommodating too as although we had booked a table, we had forgotten to specify it was for afternoon tea. They made it especially for us which we really did appreciate! It’s a lovely little find, and well deserves great reviews. Will definitely be back! So much nicer than many big hotels that lack atmosphere and serve mediocre food … this was 5 stars!!"

"Wonderful! Splendid and well-kept nature, ancient house of great charm, wonderful rooms and bathrooms. Excellent food and service. The best place I've stayed. Rooms: Huge. Original period furniture but excellently restored. Extreme cleanliness. Feather pillows. Excellent quality sheets and towels. In the room there are also sofas, armchairs, desks. New bathrooms even if in an old style. They have both a shower and a bathtub. Flavors and other accessories in large quantities and quality. Wonderful Nearby activities: Gatwick Airport, numerous farmhouses. Safety: Quiet and monitored place. We left the rooms open. Walkability: It is immersed in the greenery of the park. It can be reached by car Food drinks: Food from Michelin restaurants, attention to detail, flavors and presentation at the top Noteworthy details: Top service. There are even boots and umbrellas available for wandering around the immense park"
