Found this pub by accident as didn't wish to drive along the narrow single country lanes to pubs I had put in the sat nav. Glad we did as the service was friendly and the food was lovely. We had the mussels, paella and a veggie cheese tart. My paella had big prawns, octopus, clams, mussles and cockles in. Couldn't fault the meals, they were so tasty and refreshing. Friendly pub, next door to The Henry Moore Foundation. Staff friendly, but were struggling to cope with the amount of customers. Food average not too happy at having to wait for 65 mins for a sandwich. Requested brown bread, served white, could not wait another 65 mins so I ate it! View all feedback.
