my update per google. sommerzeit means sad times as no lunch, only dinner. the lunch is currently buffet, but a very high quality buffet. the menu changes daily and is very good. a lot of variety and taste. price is extremely affordable. especially for MSU students and employees. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about State Room:
Thursday night is 1/2 off wine night. They have the largest wine menu in Michigan.Get an Uber or room and order 2 bottles.The food is good too. But the wine is worth the drive. View all feedback.

"I’ve been going here for over two years now and they have the best vegan “junk food” I’ve ever had. The whole place is all vegan and has lots of gluten free options. My favorite is the breakfast burrito, chili cheese fries and their deep fried oreos. Look out for their different deals on certain days and times. Coffee is decent here as well and way cheaper than starbucks. The woman who runs the place is a Michigan State Alumni and is super sweet!"

"Took a group of 6th graders here after the MSU Poms Clinic. It was busy but the staff did a good job of getting us our food so we could get back on the road. Only issue was the coke freestyle was out of a majority of the flavors."
