Very popular Inn for Saturday evening meal. Good menu choices and inexpensive wine list. Happy, smiling, attentive staff who very very helpful. Food arrived well presented and hot. All four adult’s were pleased with their selections. The portions sizes on some of the main dishes...are on the large size. Nice Inn atmosphere with real log fires. Slightly noisy when full. Would definitely go again. Recommended.

Fantastic food. Fantastic service. Fantastic location. Found this pub by chance after googling places to eat near where we are on holiday for a few days. Can not recommend this place enough. Food was cooked to perfection.

A great pub always has a good landlord and good beer and it will always be full. This establishment ticks all the boxes. The food and beer are outstanding, as well as the bar and kitchen staff. ... There must be something wrong with the...indevidual that doesn't come away fully satisfied..

Visited the Abbey Lodge Inn for the first time recently. This is a very welcoming pub, with a roaring fire to greet customers. Unfortunately, we were unable to benefit as we were given a table in the dining area of the establishment. The staff are...very pleasant, polite and helpful and there is an extensive menu, along with “Specials!”The service is excellent and the meals are of a high standard. There is little time to rest between courses-a minor gripe I suppose. As with most pub/restaurants nowadays, you don’t appear to have an itemised bill when paying. Maybe we’re old fashioned! Nevertheless, it was a pleasant evening.

When in Woodhall Spa, be sure to check out this charming pub. It's just a short fifteen-minute walk from the main shops and cafes. The food is top-notch and the staff are friendly. I highly recommend it!
