My daughter is 13 from Louth with special needs and I had to leave her 13th party 3 miles away to try and get some food as the caterer had let us down. The manager here has been overheard making very unpleasant and untrue comments about local people, including customers. Needless to say, they are no longer customers. Be very careful.
