"As much as I tend to not to eat at chain restaurants, I had taken Mom shopping and she had a gift card and wanted lunch there. It was a bit confusing as it seems most customers ordered online and the person who did take our order had a register under the breakfast menu which we were told they didn 't do anymore . We 're now assuming she meant it was too late to order breakfast) She was super nice and friendly throughout the interaction, regardless of our confusion. At this point, we just ordered soup to move this interaction along. It seemed to take a while to get soup, but they were very busy. It was difficult to figure out where to get the beverages, as the iced coffee is not in the coffee stand, but with the sodas and those stations are halfway across the restaurant. This was not explained properly, even when asked. It sounds like I should give them a much lower rating, but it was obvious most customers were aware of these issues, and we were not regulars by any means. But ultimately we all enjoyed our soup or chili) immensely. It was pricey +35 for 3 bowls of soup and an iced coffee and an iced tea), but as Mom had a gift card that was noticed but was not an issue."

"Started off great, walked in (party of two) greeted and sat down. Ordered an appetizer, the server was training a new employee. We received our mozz sticks, very quickly, we ordered our food. (We were the ONLY patrons in the restaurant) we waited and waited and waited. During our extremely long wait, the two main staff gossiped about other employees AND the owner very loudly. Cussing and bad mouthing someone who had called out sick. It was really weird. The new employee looked uncomfortable, I know we were. The server looked at us and said wow it’s taking along time for their food and just went back to chatting. One of the employees put in a food order and literally got her food within minutes while we waited nearly 40 minutes. The owner came in and they STILL carried on with their conversations. When the food finally came out, it wasn’t cooked correctly but instead of trying to fix anything we paid and left, it wasn’t worth it. 60 dollars for trash service and burnt fish chips."

"This is easily the worst Taco Bell in the country the food doesn’t meet basic standards. Late night drive through is an experience that is best described as ridiculous. The food takes so long drivers fall asleep waiting to order. I have yet to see a single person receive their order in 40 minutes."
