We haven 't visited Apache Junction Arizona in 3 yrs...was happy Asi Es Mi Tierra was still here...just can 't say anything bad about this little eatery...GREAT...

Not enough meat in the menudo.

You won't find a better restaurant, run by a great family who take the utmost pride in their food and service!

This place really is incredible. Great food. Quick service. The chili colorado was phenomenal. Also the shrimp cocktail (get with ketchup)

Food was delicious, the service was okay. Seems pretty laid back but it’s super full and the layout is pretty weird. But would still highly recommend for anyone...
