I Chose Pick 2: Creamy tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich at about 7:00 pm tonight at the drive through. The soup was good; however, the sandwich was almost like a warmed up leftover. I have never been so disappointed with Panera. I am usually pretty satisfied with the food at Panera’s! What happened? View all feedback.
Wonder why a reality Bread in their name doesn’t have bread or bagels at 11 am on a Sunday. Pretty sad.
Order was incorrect.. and by far the worst latte I’ve had in a long time.. scalding hot w burnt milk
