Fantastic local food with unique flavor pairings. We were told the uni was caught locally by one of the servers friends. Very cool! The service is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Matia’s new location on Prune Alley in Eastsound is gorgeous, the dinner was next level, bonus that we can see the kitchen in action.
Excellent modern cuisine with fresh, mostly local ingredients. Great ambiance and the wine pairing with the tasting menu was absolutely perfect.
