"Just came back from a lovely dinner here. We're local, and I'd love to see this place succeed as an additional choice at this price point on the island. Some of the reviews here seem far off the mark to me, and some, going back as far as 2017, I think were when the space was under different management. We had the grilled chicory appetizer, which was tasty and creative. My wife had the halibut, which she loved. I had buck bay clams, which I thought were delicious. Service was fantastic. Wine list had both obscure options as well as standards. Our server gave us great wine advice and let us try a couple options for free. View is unparalleled. Those saying it's overpriced, in my opinion, haven't been to enough restaurants of this caliber in this region. We paid $155, including tax and tip, for two drinks each, a split starter, two mains, and a split dessert. That's completely reasonable, and this place deserves to be another option at this level, along with Ship Bay, the New Leaf, and Hogstone. Give it a try!"

"One-of-a-kind dining experience in a candlelight dwelling with a modern look and feel. Beginning with a whiskey cocktail with hints of sage and spice, there is ample time to peruse the menu and ask questions. In pursuit of the tasting menu, I stayed for over two hours trying various well-paired local fall offerings from oysters, squash, beets, soup, mole, and more. The servers are kind and extremely knowledgeable. Flavor pairings were simultaneously unlike anything I’ve ever tried and highly reminiscent of old food memories. The kitchen is very capable, producing magic on a plate and presenting it in an artistic way. I hope to make it back here again someday soon!"
