"What a treat to find the perfect Restaurant at the perfect time. We had been looking for a restaurant before driving up to Le Lac d'Estaing for an afternoons walking. This restaurant is most welcoming, clean and colourful. We had a stunning lunch, homemade everything the home cured trout is to die for, the salads are large, fresh and very tasty. I have NEVER tasted such a wonderful Gateaux Basque in my life! Customers were very enthusiastic about the flavours in the dishes. WC. very clean."
