Grassmarket Cafe - Edinburgh, City of

What sconeseeker likes about Grassmarket Cafe:
I hand’t been Into the Grassmarket for a while, but today I came out of a Fringe show at 11.30am desperate for coffee, and realised I was just around the corner from this fantastic centre. Excellent coffee, delicious scones and very friendly service. Th other cakes lemon drizzle, etc also looked very good. What Dennis Saunders doesn't like about Grassmarket Cafe:
Here for an event, waited 20 min for room without explanation; did not bring with medium coffee; Soup for lunch was nice, but used garbage bread for what could have been nice fillings (kap, squash, supermarket bread), no fruit and then the coffee took a nose diving; Afternoon coffee supply was so terrible it felt as if it was coffee or reused meal.
