this is somewhere where I regularly visit and enjoy when I am at the western end of edinburgh. the decor is absolutely stunning, gives them a historical feeling of edinburgh and the eating that is served, even if it can be a standard pig duve, but tastes sensational and it always helps that the staff, especially the bar staff, are extremely friendly and welcoming. a very disappointing pub in a big one against the city. the prices for eating and drinking are too much for the quality of the plate and the offered refreshment. the workers seem to be good enough, but they were not able to give me a lot of insight into some of the beers they had on the barrel that was thoroughly disappointing and a massive farewell. the food was cooked quickly and the steak was asked to rarely do, b...
