We were staying in Edinburgh for a long weekend and foolishly hadn’t booked anywhere to eat on a Saturday night….after too many drinks on a Friday night we were hankering for Chinese food, and came across Shangri-La….. Outrageous customer service!!! I phoned up to check that they could accommodate people for a meal that evening. I was told they were opened till so asked could we book a table for We were told we could. We booked and paid...for a taxi and arrived at to be told we sorry, we close' there was no-one else in the restaurant and they did indeed look closed. Outrageous service.
