Imaginative wine pairing which elevated the experience would recommend spending a little more for the premium option which offered aged Chenin blanc and a surprising Bulgarian Bordeaux blend. "Can't recommend this place enough. I've been fed here 4 times, never had the same tasting menu as they change it every 3 months, and every time the food was excellent. Great selection of wines and service is amazing. You can really feel that the whole staff loves what they do and put their hearts on it. Definitely my top 1 restaurant in Edinburgh."
