The restaurant offers a range of cocktails and drinks that are good value for money, alongside fast and tasty flatbreads as starters. The main attraction, sirloin steaks, unfortunately, did not meet expectations as they were not good cuts of meat and very fatty. The staff apologized but did not rectify the issue. Despite this, the lunch menu for $12.95 offers delicious options such as coriander chicken coxinha and rump steak. A family dining on Father's Day enjoyed the fantastic Sunday roast and great steaks, despite the slightly expensive wine. The service was fabulous, with a minor incident quickly resolved. Overall, CAU provides a great dining experience, with great food, atmosphere, and top-quality steaks. Many diners highly recommend and plan to return, despite some minor drawbacks, generally, CAU Edinburgh receives a rating of 4.3 on average.

Superb tasting steaks and friendly, attentive staff. Good choice of red wines. Kids menu goes down well with our mini-me’s. Reasonably priced too. Recommended.
