Great food. Great service. Lacking in atmosphere so deducted a star. Not sure if it's because it's in the hotel or because it's quite an open plan set up across the bar etc but can feel quite empty. Also deducted a star because we wanted to add a tip on to the bill but were told we couldn't. Luckily had cash for the staff but would have been highly embarrassed if we had to leave without leaving a tip. read more.
