Edo Japan Heritage Valley Town Centre Grill And Sushi

It’s disappointing to describe an experience where the Edo Japan chicken noodle soup was far from satisfactory. The burnt nature of the soup was immediately evident from its aroma and appearance. The broth seemed to have been overcooked, resulting in an unpleasant and bitter taste. The noodles, instead of being tender and flavorful, were tough and carried a hint of the burnt flavor as well.I hope the restaurant takes steps to improve their food quality in the future.

Great Food BUT I saw a grey little bug? in the cabbage or lettuce. I ordered a bento box with vegetables and all of that but there was a very tiny bug. Didn't take a photo nor did I tell an employee, becuase they are very nice.

Busy location. With lots of take out orders, we had a longer than usual wait. But the food was delivered with a smile.

Definitely the best Edo I’ve ever been to! When we walked in they had a full screen of orders and like 6 people in line and the 4 people working did amazing and provided exceptional service! Nobody had to wait and they got all the orders out and still were even checking in on peoples food! Never seen that at Edo, Shoutout to Grace for being an amazing server!100% coming back
