We stopped in at Sagar, an East Indian restaurant with new management and new name after a day of shopping in Edmonton. The buffet had just closed but the food items were still out. Arrived at restaurant after advertised opening time on Web. We had been here before. Had to wait 40 minutes till they had the buffet ready. We served ourselves from the buffet that had very few choices on it and a few empty serving containers, and no naan. The waitress was unhelpful and inattentive.
