There are 7 casserole recipes total named after the 7 deadly sins, but only 4 are served each day. (Try a slice of the keylime pie if it's available.)Chips and salsa are complementary. When you first sit, start with a beverage, order your food, and start enjoying the chips and salsa.You pick the casserole and the pick the style you'd like it served, whether its tacos, torta sandwiches, in clay pot casseroles, or inside a baked potatoe. Casserole options: 2 vegetarian and 5 meats. First vegetarian is cactus, second is portobello mushroom. All the meats dishes contain pork, either chorizo or bacon, along with either beef or chicken. I enjoyed Lust (chicken) casserole as volcano (crisp tortilla, meat with cheese on top). When ordering the volcano, it's for EACH small tortilla so be sure to get multiple.
