Service is terrible. Placed my order online. Arrived after the designated time and was told that they didn’t “receive” my order. I was given a buzzer and told they would work on my order. Waited over 30 minutes and nothing. Went back and asked for a refund and told that they didn’t get my online order again but they did receive my payment. for the first time botanero had abandoned the best fish food truck ever had!
great food and service. best ceviche in the city! highly recommend the ceviche tray, tosticeviche and the baja tacos.
