Medley. - El Prado

Excellent food, especially the lamb chopper. Just the right portion. We would definitely come back when we visit Taos again. Please make sure you receive a reservation before you eat it. We took a walk and the table was completely reserved for the day.

Best food in Taos area, fine food and cocktails. Our group of skiers enjoyed the bar with its adobe fireplace and cozy atmosphere. I had the lamb aprons and we shared the Brussels shoots, delicious!!! When someone orders the fries, including those who come with a burger, it is enough for the whole table. Enjoy!

Probably our favorite taos restaurant. Wonderful food, drinks, staff and ambience. Warm and cozy inside in winter, amazing outdoor food in summer. Hard to go wrong here. Very recommended.

Make a reservation, period. We are so happy we did because folks walked in at the same time as us who didn't have one (and had to wait 45 minutes). It was a Tuesday and was a full house. Wait staff was very very accommodating for food allergies and all the dishes we ordered was flavorful! Recommend the vegan relleno (trust me, a meat eater would love it). Chocolate lava cake was also a winner. Will definitely come again (and with a reservation like we had).

Fantastic dinner! Prawns and Tuna Ceviche the highlights. Rambler cocktail and smoky mezcal cocktail both incredible. Charles did a great job and gave really good recommendations. Medley a must go for foodies visiting Taos.
