Most dishes have pork contained, including enchilada sauce, rice, and black beans. They also didn't even have ranch dressing for the salad. It was very hard for me to find something to eat. The waitress and bartender were attentive and nice about explaining the menu. She explained the vegetarian options, mainly white rice, whole pinto beans, and salad were about it. If you don't eat pork, steer away from here. But if you do eat pork and like friendly service and tasty mixed drinks, Calo may be your place. The chips and salsa are super tasty, too! Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are not listed, must ask. The black beans served with the chips as an appetizer contain pork.
