Bojangles - Elgin

I was here twice and that was fresh. service was however very slow every time. the first time was to lunch and I wanted to dive. I had to eat in my car while driving because it took so long to get my food. the second time, I was in the drive thru for 20 minutes at 19:30 clock.

There are two Bojangles in Northeast Columbia/Elgin near us. Ever since 1996 I've been using the Bojangles on Clemson road and I got used to it. We recently found the Bojangles in Elgin and it is incredible! This Bojangles is how good chicken can be when you do it right. The food is amazing and not covered in old oil. Everything is fresh and just tastes great. There is no comparison between this Bojangles and and any other I've used. The staff is exceptionally friendly and polite as well. It's out in Elgin but it's worth it if you're close by. Thanks to the management and staff for serving great food with courtesy! Edit: Please don't get me wrong about the Clemson Road Bojangles. They have friendly staff and the food is good. It's just the Elgin location is exceptional.

I have been a customer at this restaurant for 14 years. The customer service is the worst it has ever been. I have been through the drive thru 3 times this week and each time had to repeat my order 3 or 4 times because the employee wasn’t paying attention. Then guess what each time my order was still wrong. The young ladies working the window were very rude and hardly spoke. 3 strikes your out. Won’t be back for a long while. This has to be a management problem not just one bad employee.

The service has been miserable lately. My order is ALWAYS wrong. I can politely complain my order is wrong and get treated like a stray dog begging for food. It's really gotten obnoxious. I now remember why we quit going for a few months.

Would have been nice to get a fish sandwich that had not had the fish cooked ahead of time. Had it been fresh....the cheese would have melted and not have been cold.
