Remove Pesto Vegetable Egg Scramble from the menu NOW! Smelled horrible; texture was wet and mushy; it tasted sour/fermented. I did not get ill but the plastic was pulled back a bit so in retrospect I think it was spoiled. I wrote to SSHE and they said they will pass on the info to the chef.
