Visited the Hausleitenstubn while skiing in February 2017 after it was recommended to me and stopped for lunch. Really beautiful, little hut situated close to the Hartkaiserbahn valley station on the blue run. Lovely food and drink and the terrace is bathed in sun around 12 noon when we stopped. Would love to visit when we're next bacWe'll be back next time we're in Ellmau. View all feedback.

"On our last day in Oberau we ventured up to this place, used to be easily accessible when the old T-bar lift was working, now it is quite a steep walk. The outside of the building does not convey the charm of the interior. Well worth the walk, but beware if the flag is not flying it may not be open."
