I live in St. Clements. This store takes me back to the Harvey's at King Weber Streets in Waterloo when I was in high school in the 70's.This Elmira location is clean, bright, friendly and welcoming. While waiting for my take-out orders, I see that the owner has a very capable and courteous team on deck. Eating is decent. I've got a couple of times. However, if they use mobile order, please expect a delay of 15 minutes (via the pick-up time) although they are already waiting there. they simply ignored my order even consisted of the pick-up time that I had to wait 10-15 minutes, they would begin my order (they even saw me the manager).
