Went to try Elche speciality 'Arrox con costra ' Told we 'd have to wait 45 mins, but not in rush, so OK. An hour later, food was very overcooked rice hard inedible, egg crust like tough leather. We had 2 small beers one glass wine bill was an enormous 40€ as they charged for all the unasked for 'freebies ' 2 bits of toast alioli 2 dates. Will certainly not be going back! View all feedback.
Nos gustó mucho su comida, la pella a banda magnífica. Pero lo que más nos gustó el trato del personal, la educación que tenían, los detalles… volveremos.
Aunque hay que tomar el coche si estàs en Elche esta muy correcto! Lo mejor sin duda es el servicio. La chica que nos atendio encantadora y muy atenta y diligente. En cuanto a la comida pedimos entre otras cosas dos arroces, uno espectacular y el otro por desgràcia no tanto y lo tuve que dejar!! Los calamarcitos una delícia, para mojar pan y no parar ! Recomendable !!

We had some nice hours. Great food for a very cheap price. Nice atmosphere and the waiters were very friendly. We will come back!
This family owned restaurant is not far from our office and we use to take there our clients for lunch. They serve the best firewood cooked rice that you can find. In particular I love the one with anchovies and vegetables. Other side dishes are also very good, as the jamón ibérico, squid,capellanes salad... I strongly recomend it because you will find there one of the best paella in all Alicante region. Enjoy it!
