"Good bakery items however I have stopped ordering here because I ordered cupcakes for my sister before. Twice now I have called ahead to order my own for my birthday the same exact cupcakes. The first time I was told they don't offer that flavor. The second time, my order was taken for a set time/day, I was quoted a price and when I arrived, to my disappointment the woman told me they had nothing for me. When I asked if she didn't mind taking my order while I was there to have it ready the next day, she acted like it was an inconvenience picking them up for my desired time (SAME TIME OFFERED BEFORE) because it was the same time the decorator arrives. All I wanted was some lousy sprinkles. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. It takes two minutes out of your day to help a team member or AT LEAST OFFER. Especially when my experiences here have been the way they are. She then let me know once I told her my desired flavor that they don't offer this.1) Why was my order taken and quoted if they knew what flavor I wanted and they knew they could not do it?2) Why couldn't someone call to let me know it was not going to be ready due to the flavor?3) I find this extremely unprofessional for any business and will not be recommending anyone I know here. It's a sad shame."

"I’ve been sending gifts from Cookies By Design since receiving one in 1996 when my son was born. Everyone loves the flavorful cookies, the service is great, the staff is flexible and responsive, and hand delivery is notably inexpensive. Thanks to the owners of the North Olmsted, Ohio store who always get everything right and faithfully delivery the cookies I order to my family on the other side of town. Their drivers even call right after delivery to confirm. Spread love. Send cookies."

"Everything is absolutely amazing at Pizza Galley, you literally can close your eyes just pick whatever, and it's going to be good. One of my favorites there is the Pig in a Pita. If you want something different for dessert, their apple crumb pizza is great. Then of course every March only, the Reuben calzones, they are absolutely phenomenal"

"I've been reviewing here before and I've always been very excited about this place, but I'm not sure what's going on with the new management in the last few months, but the food has begun to go downhill and the service last few times was AWFUL! Waitresses are lazy and just disappear 20 minutes after they took 15 minutes to pick up your beverage order (this is very slow. Not muddled, which would be more acceptable). Hopefully they read this and get their act together because he has gone from one of my favorite places to me now rather go somewhere. Prices are higher than other local Mexican places, so it's just not worth it."

"Horrible service. Inside looked liked it would fail health inspection filthy. Was not able to get breakfast 12 noon cut off. Only 3 minutes after .treated us like we were disease and not their type of people . Went blue sky restaurant much betterservice all day breakfast."

"I have not had a donut in years. Today I had such a craving for a jelly filled and a lemon filled donut so in we went. They had what I wanted. Got home and took a bite Such a disappointment. Hardly any filling at all in the lemon one and not as fresh asI had hoped. Not what they used to be for sure and very pricey for what you get, or should I say for what you dont get. For sureI wont be wanting donuts again."
