What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut Emerald:
Ordered Friday night. The delivery driver was great and did his job exceptionally. However all pizzas were completely different types to what we ordered, instead of a lava cake we got potato bites, instead of coke it was a fanta (honestly not a big deal on that one). "Dined there on Thursday night (1/6) on a one night stop over on the way to Melbourne. Friendly service and delicious meals. Garlic bread was excellent value for money and very tasty. One minor criticism, the sauce bottles on the tables were dusty and clogged and needed a clean."

"Waited an hour for cold food when not super busy. No communication about this until we went and enquired. Burger meat was raw on the inside, parmis, schnitzel and veggies were cold. After waiting an hour, we expected hot fresh food. 2 of the meals were refunded (raw beef burger is hard to deny), the rest of the group just wanted to leave and didn’t bother, leaving half finished plates behind.
