We were pleasantly surprised by the menu choices and prices. When I made the reservation through Open Table I indicated that this was a birthday celebration, but no one at the restaurant acknowledged this celebration..very disappointed in this lack of acknowledgement. View all feedback.

Usually happy when we go there. Just a small bump. A change policy from no tipping to tipping, made me feel like a A hole. After the waiter to my check Not when he gave it). Told us that we are to tip now. Make me kind-of upset. I have no problem tipping or not tipping... but this should of been told to us at the start, when we where seated. "The best boba tea in the valley! Do yourself a favor and check them out! Also, probably the best Poke Bowls! UPDATE: 5/11/22 Still my absolute favorite Poke Bowl place around. The staff is always so friendly. I love this place! UPDATE: 10/9/20 Since the last time I 've been there, they 've made a rewards program and their food quality is still amazing. They 've added ice cream now too and some more interesting tea flavors! UPDATE: 9/3/19 I have been going back to Poke Kai every week or so. Their quality, consistency, and customer service are 5/5. Their food keeps getting better! Additional info: My first order from them was fantastic and they even included a personalized, hand-written note on an index card as a response to something I wrote. I wrote, If you save a quarter per day for a year, you would have $91.25 at the end of the year. Their response is attached. Their food was also very tasty and top-notch (crab rangoon, wings, and Poke Bowl). I highly recommend stopping by Poke Kai!"

"We just used Switchback pizza for the wedding of our daughter, and they were fabulous!!! The food was prepared for perfection, not only delicious, but beautifully presented! We had four pizza choices, the Italian pork sandwiches and salads, and they also served delicious, unique hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour. We loved eating local farms and providers. Our guests were thrilled and could not wait for any new pizza that was brought out! My biggest compliment to Margarite, her husband and her staff must be her excellent service! Unfortunately, their working conditions were terrible for the day, but they fought through him. It went from extreme heat to a burning crash with thunder, lightning and high winds! They worked through them cooking, serving, even supplying food, as the parasols bleed out inside! What Troopers! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you."

She has made some recommendations that improved our culinary experience. The kitchen offered dish to dish that was tasty, inspired, and each presentation was more beautiful than the one before.
