Billboard advertising drew me to find a MCD that had the steak, egg, and cheese bagel in stock. Very nice location. Very clean and there is a play place.
Terrible service, they can't seem to get an order right and then refuse to fix it. The fact they don't speak English doesn't help the situation. Ordered an iced caramel coffee and they gave us a drink with no coffee. It's just milk and caramel. Wth? Guy refused to fix it and wouldn't listen. Again since he doesn't speak English it doesn't help anyone
After the second time, it is time to give a review. Customer service is not very friendly. Have a snarky attitude and have heard them talking rudely about their customers. It appeared to be a problem with management enabling. I'll update the review if attitudes improve.
